I am a fan of free patterns for glass painting… which is why I am displaying (and offering) my own designs. You can use them for your own projects if something catches your eye. Just note that the patterns are for painting only, and are probably not suitable for stained glass and lead. Of course, I can’t be too sure myself. You’ll have to experiment.

I have a coloured design for each pattern, and also a black & white JPG/AI file for each. AI is Adobe Illustrator’s native format, and the file will allow you to make changes and enlargements to the design to suit your needs. You will need Illustrator, of course. Click to go to the Adobe site to get a free trial version.

As for the JPG, you can right-click on the image and choose “Save image as…” to save a copy on your PC. You can then open this in any graphics program and resize it, but enlarging will pixelate it and decrease the quality of the printout. The choice is yours, undoubtedly. Let me know if you feel it is more convenient to have it in a specific format.
